Dreampark International Montessori Playschool And Kindergarten:
We accept toddlers from the age group of one year till 5+ years. The catagories are Daycare, Playschool, L.K.G ,& U.K.G Our main aim is to groom young kids for renown schools in Kerala, India.The school admits boys and girls between the ages of 1 and 6.

The prepared environment of the preschool creates and atmosphere which enables children to be free to learn through his own activity in peaceful and orderly surroundings adapted to the child’s size and interests. It aims to nurture the children’s independence, self esteem and self discipline while introducing children to the basics of academics.

The dreampark international montessori playschool and kindergarten environment has 5 distinct areas

  • Practical Life- Children perform exercise which teach them to care for themselves and their environment. In addition, grace and courtesy lessons help them to function in a social environment.
  • Sensorial- Children learn to organize their environment through sensorial avtivities that enchance their ability to discriminate, refine and sharpen their senses.
  • Language - Preparation for reading and writing begins through the phonetic introduction of the sandpaper letters. Word building and preliminary reading exercises take place through a natural progression depending on a child’s personal readiness.
  • Mathematics - Basic concepts of Mathematics are introduced in a concrete manner, which builds a strong foundation for the understanding and application of Mathematical principles.
  • Culture - Children learn about the world and the living things within it. The preschool environment offers the child studies in Geography, History, Art and the Sciences Assessment,Evaluation,and Reporting

Assessment,Evaluation,and Reporting

Teachers must continually observe, monitor, document, and evaluate childern’s learning, and regularly report on their achievement of the kindergarten expectations to parents and the children themselves,The assessment and evaluation of children and programs are intended to improve learning and to ensure that programs are effective. Assesments is essential to enable teachers to determine how well their planned avtivities atn teaching strategies are working and to make any changed needed to enable children to achieve the learning expectations.

Assessment and Evaluation of learning
Teachers must assess children’s learning on an ongoing basis taking into account both the process of learning and the results achieved. The data gathered on each child should be reliable and valid; that is, they should reflect actual abilities, record progress made over a period of time, and measure children’s achievement in relation to the learning expectations.

The assessment of children’s need through daily observations and informal evaluation is ongoing and serves as the basis for the instruction in kindergarten. Report cards are issued three times a year, recording each child’s progress in personal, physical, intellectual, and social development Parental involvment in the learning process is highly valued. Parents, students, and teachers working together as a team will help to create a meaningful kindergarten experience for your child.
